Senior Accountant (Inventory, Purchase & Payable, Audit & Taxation)

Checking the daily inventory movement in Vend Software and maintain the daily inventory record in excel
Cross- check the inventory movement with Cash, Bank received for all sales channels
Provide the daily inventory report and monthly report
Filing the inventory movement documents
Physical stock takings
Reconcile with the inventory closing balance report from warehouse
Record and maintain the Purchase Ledger and its payable account
Liaise with audit firm for audit report

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required
Minimum 3 years of accounting experience
Working knowledge of tax laws
Strong financial analysis skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong organizational and stress management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel
Ability to train and manage staff
Ability to work with little to no supervision
Must be an outstanding communicator, and have established skills in accuracy and organization
Demonstrated ability to support all other departments within the company and coordinate training and information sessions
