Checking the daily sales from Vend Software for all Sales Channels and maintain the record in Excel
Cross-check with Daily Sales & Bank received from outlets.
Reconcile and provide the daily sales report and monthly sales report.
Check the receivables account and record properly.
Reconcile with sales report regularly.
Filing the sales invoice documents and record properly.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required
Minimum 3 years of accounting experience
Working knowledge of tax laws
Strong financial analysis skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong organizational and stress management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel
Ability to train and manage staff
Ability to work with little to no supervision
Must be an outstanding communicator, and have established skills in accuracy and organization
Demonstrated ability to support all other departments within the company and coordinate training and information sessions
