Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Summarizes financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss for both Head office and Showroom
  • Double Check of confirm asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information
  • Maintains and balances subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions and resolving discrepancies
  • Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts, preparing a trial balance and reconciling entries
  • Secures financial information by completing database backups
  • Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential
  • Reporting of relevant account information to management

Job Requirements

  • Any Bachelor Degree and prefer more in DA, LCCI level (III) or Diploma in ACCA
  • At least 5 years working experience in Accounting Software and Advance Excel      
  • Prefer more who has experience in Costing field
  • Fluent in English 4 skills
  • Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills
  • Must be able to travel
