Job Description

  • Preparing and coordinating in monthly budget variance
  •  Preparing financial analyses and reports
  •  Preparing revenue projections and forecasting expenditure
  • Coordinating accounting functions and programs
  • Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures
  • Verifying, posting and reconcile transactions cash and bank transitions
  • Communication with supplier and contractor
  • Direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance
  • Developing and maintaining a system of control, procedures, and forms for recording Fixed Assets.
  • Recording Fixed Assets Depreciation in the system and Calculation depreciation for all Fixed Assets
  • Reviewing and updating the detailed schedule of Fixed Assets and Accumulated depreciation
  • Maintaining and reconciling balance sheet and general ledger accounts
  •  Assisting with annual audit preparations
  • Investigating and resolving audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of non-compliance
  • Preparing federal, state, local, and special tax returns
  •  Assisting with preparing and monitoring budgets
  •  Performing other accounting duties, supporting and guiding junior staff as required or assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance field (B. Com).
  • Preferably ACCA part 2, Dip lFRs
  • 5+ years of working experience especially in Cost Accounting from a background in the manufacturing industry is preferred
  •  Working knowledge of tax laws
  • Strong financial analysis skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational and stress management skills
  • Proficiency in Office Suite
  •  Ability to train and manage staff
  •  Applicants must be able to travel (base on job requirement).
