Job Description

- Checking and handling of receivables and claim matter

- Follow up on outstanding payments

- Checking and reporting cash balance & cash transaction

- Reporting closing stock weekly and checking ground stock monthly

- Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate timely
- Preparing and analyzing costing and expenses

- Analyzing and reporting trends of sales, stock and key accounts
- Monitoring sales force management software and reporting sales force activity to Management regularly

- Assist with reviewing of expenses, cash book, etc. as assigned

- Prepare and check monthly commercial tax

- Prepare CT Schedule, Income Tax, CT and Personal Income Tax Schedule for annual return (Taxation Process)

- Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual reports

- Documenting and monitoring internal controls in support of auditing team.

- Coordinating and initiating commnicaiton between Accouting Department team members with other departments

Job Requirements

- LCCI level 3 (or) ACCA Part 1 certified Accountant

- Any degree holder, preferably B.Com.

- Minimum 2 years working experience in the accounting field (trading business preferred)

- Experience in account receivable (full transactions)

- Excellent organizing, time-management and planning abilities

- Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
- Competent user for MS office, Excel, Email and Myanmar fonts

- Quick learner for new IT software and applications
