We are looking for an Accountant to manage the accounting GL, Trial Balance, Journal and Financial Statement, you must have a strong understanding and experience in managing the account operation.

Accountant responsibilities include supervising and monitoring the SOP flow and procedures, preparing and calculating Corporate Income tax returns and payment. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience not only with the depth knowledge of accounting but also managing and supervising the team.

Ultimately, you will provide us with accurate quantitative information on financial position, liquidity and cash flows of our business, while ensuring we’re compliant with all tax regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the team in accounting transactions
• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
• Reconcile Advances
• Prepare tax returns and compute Corporate taxes
• Prepare balance sheets and profit/loss statements quarterly and annually
• Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity
• Audit financial transactions and documents if its in-line with the SOP
• Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
• Comply with financial policies and regulations

• Work experience as an Accountant
• Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures
• Hands-on experience with accounting software
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Experience with general ledger functions
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
• BSc in Accounting or relevant degree
• Additional certification (CPA or CMA) is a plus
