-Personal Training Service: We offer Personal 1:1 training in our bespoke room. In this room a trainer will work with a client individually to achieve their goals and aid their lifestyle.-Group Training Service: Our Group Training gives our clients a fully immersive and multi-sensory fitness experience that is designed to challenge them physically and mentally. Our workouts incorporate sound, lighting, movement and intensity, so their body goes into a sensory overload! Small workout groups gives them more personal time with our trainers who will focus on their form, coordination and intensity to get the best out of them. Our classes come in 2 duration either a 30- or 45-minute session as we know everyone has busy schedules! Our classes will be broken down into muscle groups to allow clients to come to our classes 3-4 times a week and that's all they need for their physical activity that week.-Youth Fitness: FORM Youth Fitness Camps are designed to engage, expand and elevate our younger generations view on fitness and exercise. We develop our camps to challenge and improve their functional movement patterns through creativity exercise.
