Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Prepare Profit & Loss Statement and Balance Sheet (Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly) by Peachtree Accounting Software.
  • Prepare and reconcile budget with actual.
  • Check and keep all invoices, (Sales Invoice, Goods Issue Vouchers, Goods Received Vouchers, Debit Vouchers & Credit Vouchers with Serial No.)
  • Prepare AR/ AP & Stock report by weekly/ monthly.
  • Check monthly ground stock and reconcile with book balance.
  • Data entries for all of stocks with M.S Excel.
  • Data entries for all customer invoice, receipt & payment vouchers with Peachtree Software.
  • Remind to Sales Team for due vouchers and follow up overdue Invoices.
  • Monitor all employees’ advance clearance.
  • Supervise assistant accountants.
  • Support to team if necessary

Job Requirements

  • B. Com (or) Any Graduate
  • LCCI Level (3), ACCA Part (I) or (II)
  • Expert of Accounting Software and Excel
  • 3-5 years’ Experience in this Position
  • Priority will be given to nearby townships.
  • Good in English 4 Skills
