• Maintain financial, accounting, administrative and personnel services in order to meet requirements and support operations• Prepare financial statements, maintaining cash controls, preparing the payroll and personnel administration, purchasing, maintaining accounts payable and managing office operations• Administer and monitor the financial system in order to ensure that the municipal finances are maintained in an accurate and timely manner• Maintain the accounts payable and accounts receivable systems in order to ensure complete and accurate records of all moneys• Administer employee files and records in order to ensure accurate payment of benefits and allowances• Provide efficient and effective office management• Perform other related duties as required

Job Requirements
• B Com, B. Act• Minimum experience of (5) years in Accounting and Finance fields• Good control of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable• Knowledge of preparing staff payroll• Knowledge of Tax Law and Tax compliance• Good financial analyzing and reporting skills• Good Communication skills in English• Proficiency in computer literacy
