– Support the Administration Manager with responsibility for the overall management of administration activities of the organisation.

– Meet your targets and those of the team as a whole.

– Smooth running of the of administrative function and of the team.

– Contribute to training and development of the team.

– Achieve maximum profitability and growth in accordance with organisation plans.

- Track, report and occasionally analyze various legislative and regulatory actions on both the state and federal level.

- Provide local sections and state government affairs organizations with reports on legislative, regulatory, and other government affairs activity.

- Respond to specific requests from members and others for assistance with government affairs issues.

- Attend meetings and represent association when requested.

- Assist government affairs director when requested.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as an senior office administrator or relevant role
  • Any graduated or related diplpma
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Good organizational and  leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software.
