Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

  • Perform day-to-day Plant administrative
  • Process all plant related licence renewal in timely manner and conduct regular review all office, factory and service/equipment contracts/ agreements
  • Attend to plant inspection by government agencies
  • Handle visa and stay permit application for foreign staff and liaise with immigration for the Foreign staff movements
  • Work closely with relevant parties to ensure compliance of premise safety security
  • Make travel arrangement and accommodation for visitors & postee
  • Assist with the submission of reimbursement claims, travel requests, and the collation of supporting documents to ensure such requests are processed duly and timely.
  • Prepare various reports, documents and correspondences.
  • Coordinate company team-building and other events/activities on a regular /ah hoc basis
  • Handle insurance, medical welfare and annual heath check of employees.
  • Manage Staff canteen for daily meal arrangement and ensure the operator follow hygiene/HSSE guidelines
  • Prepare admin budget and general expenses reports
  • Assist in HR-related benefits administration and on & off boarding of staffs as administrator
  • Manage and upkeep inventory of stationery, pantry, and general office supplies
  • Collaborate with Procurement team for Departmental purchase requisiiton
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Reporting Officer

Job Requirements

•    Degree in Business Administration or similar University Graduate
•    At least 5 years of experience, preferably as an Administrative in operating plant
•    Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
•    Good time management skills, able to multi-task and meet deadlines
•    Good initiative, pro-active approach and organized
•    Proficient in MS Office applications
•    Good spoken and written English is essential 
•    Able to work independently as well as within a team
•    Meticulous, resourceful, responsible, has integrity and able to work under pressure
•    Position and salary will commensurate with work experience
