Japanese Bilingual Senior Analyst

Job Description:
The Japanese Bilingual Senior Analyst will be responsible in supervising the delivery of all  assigned transactional activities and assisting the leaders in meeting the target. Tasks and responsibilities include:

  • Supervising the activities performed by the processing team within Manila Delivery Centers
  • Providing assistance to and coaching team members regularly
  • Monitoring and mentoring team members, and creating performance improvement plans to help meet the production targets and quality
  • Developing initiatives for continuous process improvement
  • Ensuring compliance to all client-published policies and procedures as well as legal and regulatory requirements that the company is obliged to adhere to
  • Monitoring production issues and escalating challenges and issues as needed
  • Ensuring adherence to SLAs, metrics and targets

Japanese Bilingual Specialist

Overall Purpose

  • To fulfill the demand for a Team Lead role with Japanese language capability in supervising a team performing day to day transactional tasks.
  • Responsibilities
  • Role will revolve around performing and transactional data processing tasks.
  • Act as knowledge recipient and subject matter expert for identified transactional tasks.
  • Performs a range of tasks from complex to straightforward within the scope of the function
  • Assists in the identification, assessment, and resolution of complex issues/problems
  • Required to assess and resolve non-standard/standard issues/problems largely on own initiative
  • Decides within an available range of solutions/practices, which are the most applicable
  • Makes decisions within parameters set by manager, using job/specialist experience
  • Seeks advise and escalates issues when faced with tasks/problems outside normal scope of job
  • As appropriate may directly supervise or coordinate the work of others in a discrete section/small team
  • Coaches inexperienced team members and provides first level advice on procedures/work methods.

Job Requirements

Japanese Bilingual Senior Analyst

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Open to college graduate and undergraduates with relevant work experience
  • N1 to N2 JLPT Linguistic Competence Level
  • Must have at least 3 years of work experience
  • Excellent communications skills in Japanese and English languages
  • Work experience in the BPO industry is an advantage

Japanese Bilingual Specialist

Qualifications

  • Japanese proficiency - N1
  • Able to communicate in English
  • Highly trainable
  • Minimum 5 years work experience
  • With relevant business related work experience
  • BPO experience - Good to have
  • Knowledge in MS Office, Outlook, Excel, Word and Powerpoint
  • Minimum 2 years work experience in managing a small to medium scale team
  • Responsibility and accuracy in the completion of received tasks
  • Ability to solve urgent matters and work under pressure
