Translate designs and wireframes into high quality code
Design, build, and maintain high performance, reusable, and reliable Java code
Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application
Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
Work closely with project/product managers/lead, quality assurance engineers and stakeholders
Managing the end-to-end life cycle for the production mobile applications
Design interface to improve user experience
Write clean and high performing code and conduct testing
Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Support the team with any necessary tasks as requested or required
Build up the new features and improvement the existing features for a few hundred thousand end-users
Participate fully in Agile digital transformation
Communicate clearly and effectively across all levels

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes
Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services
Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices
Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
Knowledge of the open-source Android ecosystem and the libraries available for common tasks
Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
Knowledge of all or either of these architectural patterns: Clean, MVP, MVVM, MVI.
Familiarity with SMS and push notifications
Understanding of Android design principles and interface guidelines
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
Familiarity with continuous integration
Experience integrating third-party services like google map, firebase, mix panel etc
Must have good debugging skill
Experience publishing apps on google play store
Minimum bachelor degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
Must possess minimum 3 years and above with hands-on configuration and development of mobile applications for various business needs
Must have ability to designs, build, and maintain performance, reusable, and reliable (Kotlin/Java) code
Nice to have the knowledge or experience with Flutter
Have interest in financial products and services
Good project management skills with high attention to detail and analytical skills
Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities for maximum delivery result
Strong interpersonal, presentation and communications skills in both English and Myanmar
Committed, results-oriented, and solid team player
Trustworthy and able to maintain confidential information with high level of integrity
Able to plan, organize, work under pressure and tight deadline, in a fast-paced dynamic environment
Good to have experience in Myanmar typing
