  • Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of IT issues.
  • Support and coordinate with internal IT team members for Level 2 Support.
  • Plan, organize, control, and evaluate IT operations.
  • Handling the problems of software and hardware issues.
  • Determine the priority of work issues as per the condition.
  • Establishing the root causes of application errors and escalating serious concerns to the Senior Engineer.
  • Providing front-end support to clients.
  • Prepare project documenting processes and monitor application performance metrics.
  • Possessing specialist knowledge of operating systems, devices, applications, and software.
  • Providing technical support to teams within the organization, and to external clients when required.
  • Assisting with systems integrations.
  • Managing ticketed query system and ensuring a comprehensive database of queries and resolutions is kept up to date.
  • Delivering regular and customized training to clients.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or any graduate with IT diplomas or relevant certificates. ITIL, SQL, Windows & Linux Platform, System Monitoring Solutions, ServiceDesk Operations
  • Above 5 Years of related experiences
  • Proficient communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Highly initiative, superior customer service, and troubleshooting skills.
