Job Description

Design building exteriors & interiors as well as draw up the appropriate construction documentation (i.e. layouts, elevations, details, etc.)
Work with multiple departments as well as external companies to achieve the approved design (i.e. quotations, sub-cons, M&E, etc.)
Oversee the project from start to finish.
Carry out case development evaluations to research all components of a project (i.e. local regulations, social, environmental & economic impacts, budget costs etc.) to provide the most accurate solutions.
Handle exterior landscaping scope for all projects where necessary.
Participate in Client meetings, contractors & site visits (locally & overseas)
Calculate the engineering estimation, material selection, construction documentation, site coordination etc.
Handle all documentation & permits relating to YCDC & HIC authorities

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
Minimum 5 years of experience in related fields.
Strong attention to detail & maintaining company quality standards.
Experience in exterior landscaping is preferred.
Must have an excellent understanding of technical & structural scopes.
Must be able to time manage to meet deadlines.
Proficient in AutoCAD 2D/3D, SketchUp & V-ray, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign software.
Fluency in the 4 skills of English is needed.
