Responsibilities - The main responsibilities of this position are –   

• Oversee Graphic Designer/s and Art Director/s, by giving them directions for a project, and offering mentorship, training, and skills advise  

• Take on projects and develop them independently, while still reporting under a supervisor, to ensure the quality of work 

• Develop and utilize design skills to visualize concepts and ideas to final execution within deadlines 

• Strengthen eye for details, design principles, and dramatization of the work 

• Determine which elements—art, photos, font, etc., best suit the design 

• Collaborate with Creatives teammates for optimum creative output 

• Coordinate with Accounts team for comprehensive understanding of the deliverable 

• Hold keen sense for copy as a core element in design 

• Confidently present creative work to clients 

• Stay on top of all trends and maintain best practices 

• Develop a personal sense of growth, to aspire to do more, and be more 

• Other work related duties as assigned by supervisors. 

Job Requirements 

• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree 
• Age 28 ~ 40 Years 
• 5 years of experience as an Art Director/Graphic Designer or Senior Art Director 
• Excellent in Photoshop & Illustrator and has experience in using after effects 
• Has experience in leading an art team, a good team player and leader 
• Ability to prioritize work and manage deadlines 

• Excellent in aesthetic judgement
