Duties and Responsibilities

To support human resources service and business operations.
To develop employee performance appraisal.
Support to implement HR policies, procedures and practices to comply with all statutory requirements and company objectives;
Improving and monitoring employee productivity.
Perform other duties assigned by Head of Department.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (or) other relevant academic backgrounds (Diploma or Certificate in Human Resources Management is preferable!)
Have at least 2 years of working experience in HR field
Have knowledge of HR best practices and local labor law
Good communication skill and negotiation skill
Be able to work on tight deadlines with own initiative
Must be proficient in (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Myanmar Nationality Only
