-Develop content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term service targets
-Collaborate with Producer/Product Management, Business Development, Operations and Legal to plan and develop contents, styles and layouts
-Create and publish engaging contents
-Edit, proofread and improve writers’ posts
-Liaise with content writers and contracted streamers to ensure brand consistency
-Prepare and monitor the budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
-Analyze traffic and users engagement metrics for our services
-Manage content distribution to online channels and social media platforms to increase the traffic
-Develop an editorial calendar and ensure content team is on board
-Ensure compliance with law (e.g. copyright and data protection)
-Stay up-to-date with developments and generate new ideas to draw user’s attention
-Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews and studies)
-Communicate with content creators/holders.
-Confirm materials and contractual arrangements
-Manage schedule and progress of contents production
-Find contents that will contribute to user acquisition and retention and develop rights

-3-4 years of experience as a content planner/organizer or writer for a large agency or corporation　
-Experience in video production
-Experience as a producer in video production

-Experience in AP and AD for video
-Experience in the advertising industry

-Skill and knowledge of editing software (Final Cut,Adobe Premiere, Adobe after Effects etc.)

-Good organizational and time-management skills.

-Must be business level in the English language.
