The Senior Content Specialist will be responsible to increase customer engagement, optimize brand identity, plan campaigns and marketing initiatives to increase traffic, functionality utilization and time spent on application by individual customers.

• Initiate pilot programs, develop content strategy and content calendars for internal Official Accounts together with freelancers and internal stakeholders to achieve required deadline and quality
• Conduct industry and topics related research to develop original content for Official Accounts
• Create a few articles (short, medium, long length articles) in line with the content calendar
• Work closely with graphic designers to work on the visual workflow
• Understand different target audience to adjust tone of voice accordingly
• Manage and maintain internal Official Accounts’ content traffic to optimize content quality and stay relevant with target audience
• Manage new engagement initiatives for internal Official Accounts
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and incorporate them into engagement content
• Brainstorm creative ideas and new engagement initiatives for internal Official Accounts

• Minimum Bachelors’ degree
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluent in English and Burmese
• At least 2 years’ experience in digital marketing or customer experience
• Preferably a sports fan, football fan and tech savvy
• Self-driven and entrepreneurial; able to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs
• Familiarity with graphic editing tools such as Photoshop preferred
