  • Ensure the digital department’s strategies and operations are aligned
  • Carry out update and maintenance of information relating to business development activities and marketing in the CRM
  • Carry out in developing, launching, and maintaining of campaign measurement and analytics
  • Provide insights and suggestions on improving digital business processes and procedures
  • Assist business and system developments as required by the digital team
  • Provide training and deliver presentations when required and directed by Digital Director
  • Responsible for designing, producing, and distributing specific departmental reports that may be required
  • Synthesize information from various sources into meaningful insights
  • Manage research agency partners and research projects from scoping to delivery
  • Analyze market research, seeking to discover target areas that help drive the operational and creative strategies for the company
  • Ensure a consistent approach to auditing, KPI setting, and reporting
  • Showcase a proactive approach to upskilling within the team by organizing internal workshops and immersion sessions to constantly drive innovation
  • Help drive brand, category, and consumer insights across company by fueling the strategic and creative content development process
  • Brainstorm with and recommend the creative, account, PR and digital teams on the overall campaign strategy from the benchmark to the creative concept
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
  • Identify trends and actionable insights
  • Report spend and performance optimization for the whole department

Job Requirements

  • Any Bachelor degree (Digital or Other related degrees)
  • Minimum three-year experience in digital marketing and analytics
  • Should have experience in recommending to user on improvement in work flows during any meetings
  • Must have experience in translating Software Requirements into Diagram Flows
  • Agency background preferred
