• Manage and maintain all equipments, spare parts and maintenance of the buses. 
• Manage and train engineering staff for proper trouble shooting capabilities and develop employees' technology skills.
• Controlling manpower and material expenditures to comply with budgetary limitation.
• Maintain accurate records on requisitions and reduce wastes and losses (costs of quality).
• Work in close collaboration & cooperation with Fleet Management Department in carrying out routine scheduled maintenance work and diagnose breakdown problems and responding rapidly, including preventive maintenance and quality inspection.
• Fitting new parts and making sure equipment is working correctly and maintain the quality works.
• Controlling maintenance tools, store and equipment.
• Monitoring and controlling maintenance costs.
• Dealing with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs.
• Improving health and safety procedures and promote continuous improvement.
• Develop cost effective maintenance practices for implementation throughout operations.
• Collecting data on units/repairs to track reliability, and perform trend analysis.
• Complete special projects by organizing and coordinating information and requirements; planning, arranging, and meeting schedules; monitoring results.
• Maintain and ensure a safe and secure work environment; developing personal growth opportunities within the own department.
• Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
• Prepare reports, presentations, memorandums, proposals and correspondence as requested.

•A university degree in BE (Mechanical or Mechatronics)
• Experienced in repair and maintenance of Scania Buses
• Possess strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical engineering
• Good knowledge in Quality Management and management systems
• Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills with positive attitude in dealing with people 
• Good analytical skill and able to response to results
• Capable of hands on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions
• Ability to use own initiative and pay close attention to detail with minimal supervision
• Strong Leadership with team spirit and relationship building
• Excellent Time Management and Prioritization Skills, ability to work under pressure and to deadlines 
• Ability to communicate effectively, both in English and Myanmar
• Microsoft Office packages, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Engineering software
