Coaching the current startups under Exponential Hub
Working closely with the Product Owners
Guidance the teams to be inline with the whole corporate vision and strategy
Inspire and improve the skills and knowledge of the team members
Manager (30%)
Design and improve the operation processes to increase efficiency
Evaluation of the business strategy quarterly
Analysis of financial reports and control the operating budget
Review and recruit the new candidates to build up the teams
Regular performance evaluation of the team members
Efficient reporting to BOD
