Role and Responsibilities
1.Perform as both functional & technical support for ERP (SAP systems) and Awba Group users
2. Troubleshoot errors arising from SAP system (Records incidents and issues in tracking tool, and follow through)
3. Assist in the development of additional software requirements and specifications, data backups, migrations, and testing
4. Administration of licenses, user rights and roles & training of new users
6. Other duties (acting as project coordinator for the related projects) as assigned by HOD

Qualifications and Education Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT or computer science
2. 1 or 2 years of ERP Software (SAP) support experience (preferred)
3. Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
4. Strong oral, written, interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills
5. Have former experience in using and managing SAP B1(preferred)
