Responsibilities

• Sr. SA on the ERP implementation team, from problem detection to overseeing and providing support for the system implementation. • Analyze and define the business requirements. • Convert requirements into detailed functional specifications. • Help build training and processes to utilize once the system goes live. • Train internal users so they are able to efficiently use the systems and processes. • Support the business lines beyond initial training. • Continuously promote and stimulate the development and improvement of quality regarding processes and tools. • Collaborates with other members of technology team and business lines.

Job Requirements

Requirements 

 Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or similar preferred.
 At least 2 years’ experience as an ERP specialist in a related industry.
 A background in business administration, project management, or a related field will be advantageous.
 In-depth knowledge of ERP development tools, finance & account concept, and business processes.
 Exceptional interpersonal, collaboration, and communication abilities.
 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
