Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Coordinate with Sales Department to collect information for sales order (oversea, local).
  • Coordinate with Warehouse Department in order to store and check the cargoes cleared from the port.
  • To corporate with other departments (if necessary).
  • Prepare shipping documents.                                                                                                                               
  • Recheck customer duty fees, commercial tax and income tax during cargo clearance process.                                                                           
  • Prepare report for Government Internal Revenue Department.                                                                            
  • Follow the instructions from Manager accurately to avoid any mistake during the process.

Job Requirements

  • Any Degree with diploma in Logistic Management.
  • Must understand Import & Logistics Procedures.
  • At least (4) years experiences in related field.
  • Must be proficient in computer Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet, Email.
  • Must be good in English (4) skills.
  • Must have good interpersonal and public relation skills.
  • Can use ERP software.
  • Prefer who live near office.
