Job Description

  • Daily checking and approving all payment vouchers. 
  • Monitoring all COGS, OPEX and CAPEX 
  • Reviewing AR Aging Report and analyzing AR overdue report and monitoring for collection. 
  • Preparation and submission of the Monthly Reporting Pack ("MRP")-{Financial Monthly Report} 
  • Overseeing & assessing financial operation 
  • Analyzing current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of Sales Revenue, COGS, OPEX and CAPEX 
  • Monitoring performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance 
  • Coordinate and oversee the Budgeting, Operating Business Plan and Financials Modeling 
  • Analyzing financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial information 
  • Recommendations to management for decision-making purposes 
  • Supporting Senior Management Team and Departments heads with in-depth analysis 
  • Analysis and reporting for business efficiency and proper accounting entries. 
  • Liaising with both external and internal auditors.

Job Requirements

  • B.Com or other related Degree or Master with Finance 
  • More prefer to ACCA Affiliate 
  • Communicable English in 4 skills  
  • 5 or more years’ previous work experience in Finance Manager position 
  • Best understanding of accounting concepts, financial reporting standards and best practices. 
  • Good experience with accounting software, statistical analysis tools 
  • Should has good communication skills 
  • Strong analytical skills, intuitive thinking and digital expertise to carefully examine  
  • Adequate computer skills and excellent presentation skills 
  • Ability to work under pressure with good attitude.
