A Great Opportunity for ...

Lead the finance and oversee all finance functions of Yangoods, and ensure budget planning, development, management and monitoring, financial management and in accordance with Yangoods finance requirements.
Prepare timely and detailed reports on financial performance on a quarterly and annual basis
Manage country treasury in an effective and efficient manner, analyze country scenario and manage investments, prepare a sustainable business plan for retail operations
Prepare and manage monthly financial statements, and monthly forecasts
Implement and teach about new tools and software to streamline operations
Driving the financial planning of the company by analyzing its performance and risks
Retaining constant awareness of the company’s financial position and acting to prevent problems
Set targets for and supervise all accounting and finance personnel
Oversee the finance department operations, set goals and objectives and design a framework for these goals and objectives
Develop the corporate fundraising strategy and manage relationships with partners and investors
In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws and best practices
Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities
It will be great somebody have retail experiences with multiple stores and stock management.
And also digital savvy and be skilled in POS / finance software.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's or higher degree in Accounting or Finance
Minimum 7 year + experience in related field
Diploma in Accounting (LCCI Level 3)
ACCA (Part 3 Minimum Completion)
CPA or other relevant qualification is a plus
Strong knowledge of internal auditing
Solid experience in analyzing, forecasting, and interpreting financial dataProficient user of advance Excel accounting software and financial management software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction from manager to accomplish objectives
Communicate well in both English and Burmese
