1. Ensure Security Officers are fit and properly dressed to work
and performing their duty properly
2. Coach the Security Officers to help them improve in their different tasks and responsibilities
3. Conduct patrols or assign someone to conduct it as per SSOP
4. Ensure all visitors are escorted and question unknown people on-site
5. Maintain communications with CLIENT, EXERA ECC, SSM and RSM when incidents or out-of-the-ordinary events occur

Job Requirements
- Age between 30 and 50-Degree Holder or Minimum High School attended-Computer literate (Microsoft Word & Excel)
-Excellent in verbal English communication skills(Intermediate)-Minimum 1 to 3 year’s Security Experience in Supervisory level-Non-Drinker with strong Leadership and interpersonal skills
