Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  • Handling full spectrum of HR & Admin functions.
  • Conduct talent acquisition and recruitment process.
  • Handle monthly payroll administration / monthly preparation.
  • Conduct employee onboarding and help plan training & development
  • Coordinate performance appraisal cycle.
  • Ensure complete, up-to-date, accurate and accessible records are kept for all employees.
  • Partner with management to communicate Human Resources policies, procedures, programs, and laws.
  • Comply with all existing governmental and labor legal and government reporting requirements and maintain minimal company exposure to lawsuits;
  • Develop assessments for potential and current employees and update employment records.
  • Prepare reports of data results and present findings to Manager.
  • Analyze competitor’s practices and make recommendations to Manager.
  • Preparing exit interviews and employee surveys.
  • Support recruiting processes with data and statistics for trends and patterns.
  • Present results of employee performance evaluations
  • Monitor and keep track of HR metrics, for example, turnover rates and cost-per-hire.
  • Support and suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process.
  • Other ad-hoc HR & Admin duties & projects delegated from management and superior.

Job Requirements

  • Any Graduate; HR Diploma or Business Management
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in HR and Administration
  • Understanding of the HRIS and its usage.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • High level verbal and written communications skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Problem Analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in English.
