- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties- Record of employee daily attendance, Leaves and Overtime- Prepared and recorded Monthly Leave balance List- Prepare the vacancy announcement and submit online job postings, communication with shortlist candidates and schedule interviews- Calculate SSB Contribution payment and communicate to Labor Office.- Maintaining and updating personal data for all employee- Updates HR database, new joiners, resignations, and staff transfers- Assist HR Manager in policy formulation, hiring and salary

Job Requirements
- Any Graduate, Certificate/Diploma in HRM- Age between (25~30) years- At least 3 years of experiences as Senior HR and more preferred construction field- Computer literate in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Email)- Strong proven experience in Compensation and Recruitment process- In-depth knowledge of labor laws- Able to work under pressure and solve problems with strong mind- Good communication and interpersonal skills- Self-motivated, teamwork and willing to learn
