1. Receving CV form (Sites / Vessels / Filling Stations / HO) and checking the requirement documents for personal Data confidentially.
2. Record and updating the employee's personal data (Soft / Hard copy) for (Sites / Vessels / Filling Stations / HO).
3. Support to HR Supervisor for employee requirements regarding with compensation & benefits, rule and regulation documents distribution.
4. Coordinate with sites and vessels in charge or managers for employee's affairs.
5. Follow up employee's EC and maintain requirement documents properly.
6. Alert and reminding for vacant positions at (Sites / Vessels / Filling Stations / HO).
7. Review and record Employee Attendance, Leave and Absent.
8. Support to HR Supervisor for SSB process and Income Tax for employee.
9. Weekly and monthly HR reports to HR Supervisor (HC, Leave, Absent, Late and R&S).
10. Support to HR Supervisor the training enroll process for all employee for their development.
11. If required, visiting to (Sites / Vessels / Filling Stations) to listen and check for employee's status.
12. Co operate with HR Supervisor and Jr. HR Assistant with effective team drive and report to HR Manager of each decelopment.
13. Perform any task assigned by HR Manager, General Manager, Executive Director and Managing Director.
