Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Responsible for administering performance management program
  • Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance
  • Analyze HR trends and metrics with the HR department
  • Partner with leadership to develop succession plans
  • Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
  • Provide HR policy guidance on employee behavior and conflict resolution
  • Conduct investigation in response to employee complaints
  • Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
  • Identify training needs for teams and individuals by consulting with internal stakeholders
  • Develop training needs assessments and ensure strategic alignment of the training with business goal
  • Manage external training resources/vendors and with internal employees to deliver training programs
  • Plan and communicate organizational policy changes

Job Requirements

  • Any Bachelor Degree Holder
  • At least 5 years working experience in HR field
  • Proven working experience as HR business partner at international organization
  • Must have a good understanding of the local culture, labor law and HR policies
  • Proficient in Microsoft office applications and prior experience in HRIS systems.
  • Good command of English Language Skill
