Responsible for all aspects of the recruitment process, including screening of resume, interview arrangement, selection and placement
Employee attendance record and salary payment calculation
General knowledge and required legal knowledge according to labor law and rules of SSB, EC contract & Income Tax
Arrange & Support all HR Activity Plans
Maintaining and regularly updating employee’s data
Prepare the office announcement letter of any issues which are mentioned by management

Job Requirements

Must have Bachelor Degree (Any Graduate).
Minimum 5 years experience in HR Field.
More prefer the Degree of (B.Com in HR and BBA in HR) (MBA)
Must have good communication skill, willing to learn and able to work to get the job done.
Must have good computer skill and knowledge of Microsoft package and payroll software.
