An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Assist to HR Manager in selecting, interviewing, recruiting, testing program.
  • Screening applicants’ personal profiles about their experience, education and skills.
  • Contact references and perform background checks.
  • Inform applicants about job details such as benefits and conditions.
  •  Hire or refer qualified candidates.
  • Conduct new employee orientations.
  • Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
  • Assist to HR Manager in training, developing, monitoring, and appraising job results.
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (recruiting, training, grievances, performance appraising etc).
  • Coordinate HR functions (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes.
  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
  • Communicate with public services when necessary.
  • Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures.
  • Wellmanaged the employer branding activities and social media related were effective for effective organizational employer branding purpose to ensure a better organizational image.
  • Purchasing office stationery and pantry.
  • Arrange job fair event
  • Planning for Job fair with our recruitment team.

  • Any Graduated, Human Resources Degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 3 years above experience in HR & recruitment field.
  • Ability to develop and measure the success of recruitment procedures
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and knowledge of applicant tracking systems
  • Able to travel
