An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Maintain an organization chart, a manpower plan, or headcount data reporting.
  • Handle monthly employee benefits concerning billings.
  • Participate actively in the recruiting process (posting a job for advertisement, screening, testing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding processes).
  • Establish and conduct an orientation program for newcomers to get familiar with the company and teams. Manage employee records, update JDs, and file employee profiles in the HR system.
  • Use in-house HR tools (HRIS) to record, maintain, plan, and manage the organization’s human resources.
  • Employee registration at the labor office, employment contract preparation, and contract status monitoring
  • Support requried documents for employee compensation, benefit reimbursement, and payroll, and all data and reporting are submitted to the head of HR.
  • Conduct employee SSB in accordance with the timeline to ensure government and practice compliance.
  • Monitor the leave and attendance records for all employees.
  • Conduct and implement the performance measurement system, including providing knowledge to employees for conceptual and practical understanding.
  • Collaborate with all departments to assist the line manager in understanding and implementing policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and current human resources documents, files, and records.
  • Ensure all HR practices are in compliance with HR platforms and relevant local labor laws.
  • Set up a training program to improve staff capabilities.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Political Science and other related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR functions
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English in good level
  • Good skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and HR Systems.
  • Well organized with systematic and able to prioritize effectively.
