Job Summary

Leads in developing and updating effective HR policies, procedures and processes related to all aspects of HR functions and initiatives to ensure getting better Talent Management and Development deliverables across the organization not only to be aligned with organizational goals and objectives but also retaining talent pipeline to be competitive and comparable within labour market. Last but not the least the incumbent manages talent development initiatives to achieve a high performing workforce and drives the “Learning Culture” initiatives across the broad of the organization.

 

Job Description

Performance Management Process:

  • Manages and monitors annual and mid term Performance Management Process (PMP), Career Development Program, Reward & Recognition Process and updates the checklist to regularly monitor PMP reviews (Mid-term/End-term)
  • Makes proper reviews, assessments, and data analysis of PMP
  • Prepares comprehensive and high level reports, presentations and approval memos of above career planning processes
  • Organizes PMP awareness workshops and provides efficient feedbacks to respective line management teams
  • Supports documentations, administration, communication and HR assistance for PMP reviews
  • Provides innovative and effective inputs and assistances to HR team leads in improving PMP system
  • Designs, develops, and updates relevant competency framework

Policies and Programs:

  • Supports team leads in processing of Promotion, Formal Mentorship and Outstanding Awarding Program Procedures
  • Monitors the HR Department Policies and Programs to be modified and revised as per the review timeline
  • Assists team leads in shaping internal talent pool according to the succession planning process and talent management tools
  • Designs, updates, develops and implements effective HR related policies, programs & practices according to the review timeline
  • Coordinates with Compliance team for Compliance checking process of every new or renewal policies and programs

Learning & Development:

  • Designs and develops Individual Development Program to be in line with organizational context, goals and objectives
  • Leads, develops and implements corporate training programs according to Training Need Analysis and the annual training program timeline
  • Develops workforce competencies & skills through organizing effective training programs with external trainers or training institutions
  • Supports team leads in talent development initiatives such as Scholarship and internship programs
  • Monitors and tracks Behavioral Change results and Progress of learners with comprehensive assessment tools and methods
  • Organizes and conducts internal knowledge sharing sessions for HR in house training programs and other policies awareness sessions
  • Assists team leads for providing necessary data and requirements of trainees in future training programs (external/internal)
  • Prepares regular (weekly, monthly, and quarterly) reports as necessary for PMP and Learning & Development section to HR team leads

Talent Management

  • Facilitate with team leads to identity key & critical roles, potential talent through succession planning and 9 box analysis and monitor progress of individuals then assists and supports them to be ready for future leadership roles through coordinating with line management team
  • Manages to improve internal bench strength of functional teams through ensuring good succession pipeline of critical positions across the organization and prepares analysis reports as needed basis

General

  • Supports and manages hiring process of sourcing, interviewing, testing, orientation, and onboarding to get selected candidate well assimilated with organizational culture and context.
  • Organizes effective compensation and benefits system and monitors monthly payroll process within timeline and in accuracy.
  • Manages other HR administration processes as needed basis
  • Supports team leads in implementing organizational change initiatives
  • Organizes good Employment Engagement programs, manages annual surveys

Job Requirements

Job Specifications: Minimum required knowledge & experience

Education / Experience

  • University degree plus post-graduate or professional qualification in human resources.
  • SPHRi certification holder preferred.
  • 7 years of working experiences in generalist role and at least 4 years of working experiences especially in People Management and Development function.

Special Skills

  • Good at English in Professional Business Level
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skill
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related program software
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of business practices relating to human resources especially in the aspects of People Management and Development.
  • Prefer understanding of oil & gas industry workforce management knowledge.
  • Good skills at leadership, time & people management, collaboration with cross functional teams, communication, interpersonal skills, problem solving, and decision making
  • Competent in designing, developing, implementing and evaluation process to get effective training programs throughout the learning process together with efficient L&D methodologies, tools, and concepts
  • Acts as change agent in every Organizational Change initiative and intervention
  • Drive workforce to nurture “Continuous Learning Culture Organization”
  • Be initiative, positive mindset, self-driven, multi-tasking and resilient in tight timeline
  • Strong knowledge of HR data metrics, KSAs and KPIs
  • Expert at Human Capital Management system
