Job Description

  1. This position is the senior officer of HR Department. Should have the capacity to handle all HR Related issues and work as a senior HR team leader.
  2. Coordinate the recruitment program of all staff level such as Developing Job Description and Job Specifications, preparing Job advertisement, CV screening & shortlisting, and conducting interview program.
  3. Plan workforce for the operations and HO departments
  4. Access and analyses the training needs through job analysis, annual performance appraisal and consulting with line manager, and develop various training program including orientation session and prepare the necessary material for training and control the training budget
  5. Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness by examining the written test, survey the feedbacks of trainees and measure the result
  6. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
  7. Responsible for the management of employee database software and all HR record.
  8. Deal with the government department for labor law, SSB law and income tax law, and coordinate for foreign expatriate visa & stay permit application and, advise to BOD concerning labor law
  9. Participate and involve in staff performance management, grievance management, staff transfer and promotion (Internal recruitment), staff punishment. Etc;
  10. Conducting exit interview, staff satisfaction survey & salary survey and prepare report for senior management.
  11. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
  12. Other administrative duties whenever assigned by the management.

Job Requirements

  1. Must have bachelor’s degree with HR degree / advance diploma (or) equivalent level of knowledge
  2. Must have 4 years of experiences in relevant position/work
  3. Able to use English 4 skills fluently
  4. Able to deal with different culture
  5. Must have cooperative skill with others department
  6. Leadership skill, Teamwork, Ethical and Professional
  7. Microsoft Application
  8. Internet and email package
  9. Good in communication and conceptual skills

  13. Work Experience on Financial Organization like BANK, NGOs, Microfinance Organization etc.
