As we establish our central Head Office (HQ) to integrate and streamline operations across all 5 business divisions, we are looking for a visionary, founding Senior HR Manager to design, build, and lead our human resource ecosystem from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities
● Develop and standardize HR policies, procedures, and the Employee Handbook for the group.
● Centralize and supervise HR teams across subsidiaries under a Head Office reporting structure.
● Design organization charts and clear job descriptions for all positions across the business.
● Lead recruitment for key head office roles and other business-critical vacancies.
● Build KPI, performance appraisal, payroll, benefits, and incentive frameworks with Finance.
● Ensure all HR practices, contracts, and policies comply fully with Myanmar Labor Law.

Job Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; HR diploma/master’s preferred.
● 5 to 7 years of progressive HR experiences , ideally in setup, startup, or restructuring environments.
● Experience across diverse sectors such as retail, hospitality, education, banking, or microfinance.
● Strong knowledge of Myanmar Labor Law, labor compliance, and HR best practices.
● Proven leadership, conflict resolution, and strategic planning skills.
● Ability to work closely with Directors/CEO and lead cross-functional collaboration.
● Willingness to relocate and be based at the Head Office in Hinthada.
