  • Identify the department’s objectives and goals for the human resource teams to work on 
  • Track progress of how a team and a strategy to target the HR objectives are performing 
  • Manage the HR team and provide leadership, guidance, and support to ensure that all HR functions are executed effectively.
  • Research, develop and implement such HR policies and organizational strategies that boost and improve the work environment for employees
  • Works on the development and implementation of employee benefits and compensation plans
  • Analyse the performance metrics of a recruitment drive and provide insights and suggestions to improve the HR recruitment process
  • Works and attends in-house recruitment drives to attract the right talent for business needs
  • Collaborate with junior HR managers and discusses the employee career progression and paths
  • Analyse HR statistics and metrics like employee performance, turnover, retention, and cost per hire rate
  • Work and define the budget for HR programs
  • Ensure compliance with Myanmar labor laws, regulations, and policies.
  • Provide strategic advice and guidance to senior management on HR issues and trends

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • At least 5 years of experience in human resources management. 
  • Preferred HR background in Construction field
