The logistics executive is responsible for the planning, organizing, and directing; managing and evaluation of the supply chain/logistics operations in an organization. 
Responsibilities and Duties
o    To prepare and check shipping documents for customs clearance ( Myanmar & Cambodia )
o    Invoice, Packing List, BL /AWB, DRC/IR, IP / Sale contract, Form D
o    To prepare and check custom duty evaluation calculations for each shipment.
o    To make below work for the import process.
o    To prepare and recorded and checked Form 31 for customers.
o    To prepare and check DRC expiry list, Indents, IP & CIF price.
o    Coordinating the logistics of purchase orders, stock transfers, deliveries, tagging, and processing
o    Coordinate and monitor all imports and exports within the assigned area
o    Arranging bookings and coordination of all operational aspects with Shipping Lines/ Trucking companies
o    Responsible for timely and accurate updating of all aspects of import moves
o    Responsible for invoicing of all revenues relating to shipments within your assigned area
o    Handle the custom clearance
o    Pipeline shipment control working.
o    Import license control working.
o    Import custom claim bill working
o    GRN report checking.
o    Shipment analysis working.
o    Shipping Document register control
 

•    Any Graduate and Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management
•    A minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics /import or similar field.
•    Experience in Distribution Industry 
•    Advance excel must be required
•    Fluent in English 
•    Good command of computer skills, Microsoft office skill
•    Exceptional collaboration and negotiation skills, organizational skills.
•    Strong written and verbal communication skills., Good Email communication skill
