• Create and execute learning strategies and programs based on computing method.* Teach and coach assigned classes.• Where it is required, set up computers or LoD access at onsite locations and perform basic troubleshooting when equipment is not operational.• Prepare future classes, by utilizing available resources (MS Office, COMPTIA etc.).* Perform developing and implementing learning methodologies and programs based online platform. * Perform designing e-learning courses, plans, workshops and more if needed.* Perform training, workshops as L&D Specialists.• Perform other duties and tasks as designated by the Training Manager.

Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, emphasis in communications, education, social sciences, or computer science preferred.• Shows potential to learn technical information quickly.• Microsoft Certified Trainer; MCSA, MCSE, CCNA, CEH or Project management certification is an added advantage.• Must possess excellent presentation skills; positive thinking, patience, strongly work ethic and dependability.* Can deal effectively with people. * Working under pressure is essential.* Good communication and social skills.
