- Maximize service uptime by constantly monitoring Windows Server, LAN,WLAN and WAN connectivity- Increase data availability by constantly monitoring backup and recoverysystems- Increase physical data security by constantly monitoring security systems(access controls, surveillance systems etc.)- Increase electronic data security by constantly monitoring threat managementsystems, endpoints and educating users- Maintain positive reputation by cultivating strong supplier and customerrelationships- Provide L2 support to business end-users- Any other tasks assigned by supervisor and/ or MJSL GM/ Head of Finance

Professional skills:
Working knowledge of VMWare ESXi, AirWatch, Cisco Prime Infrastructure andMS Windows Server Working knowledge of access control and surveillance systems Working knowledge of Cisco and Microsoft collaboration platforms Working knowledge of SAP and business-facing applications Sound knowledge of ITSM Framework Sound knowledge of TCP/IP Sound knowledge of business continuity, data backup and recovery

_Any Bachelor’s Degree with IT diploma or Any IT Degree
