ABOUT THE JOB

Full Stack Developer role is to involve in full software development life cycle, leading and guiding the technical team to implement robust and secured application systems. The responsibility includes not only coding but also solution, design, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Leading the development team to develop the company application as required to support the company business.
• Designing web application, mobile application, workflows, plugins and other add on modules as required.
• Determining techniques, tools, database schemas, and programming languages for the development with the software development team.
• Leading the maintenance of the software products and managing the continuous improvement process within the software product’s lifecycle.
• Guiding team development efforts towards successful project delivery.
• Understanding all stages of the development life cycle, including Agile & SCRUM, Gitlab, and CI/CD workflow.
• Coordinating with the development team, communicating with the product owner and other development teams.
• Supporting production issues and requests as needed.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other equivalent qualifications
• At least five years of experience in application development
• At least 3 years of experience in development projects using agile methodologies
• Experience in front end application development framework such as Angular and backend Spring Boot Framework
• Experience in cloud native development preferred
• Experience in the Banking/Financial sector is a plus
• Familiarity with database systems such as (MySQL, MS-SQL, Oracle, MongoDB)
• Exposure to DevOps and CI/CD tools such as Git Lab, Terraform etc
• Exposure to Multiple Cloud Environment such as Azure/AWS/Huawei Cloud
• Provide guidance, coaching and leadership to development team
• Experience in infrastructure and deployment orchestration solution such as Terraform, Helm, Kubernetes, Docker, ARM, Bicep is an advantage
• Effective Communicator at all levels the organization and outside with third parties
• Proven ability to effectively collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams of analyst, developers, cloud engineers, data scientist and other subject matter experts
• Working proficiency in Myanmar and English
