ROLE PURPOSE

Full Stack Developer role is to involve in full software development life cycle, leading and guiding the technical team to implement robust and secured application systems. The responsibility includes not only coding but also solution, design, testing, deployment and maintenance.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Leading the development SCRUM team to develop the company application as required to support the company's product line.
• Designing web application and mobile application workflows.
• Determining techniques, tools, database schemas, and programming languages for the development with the software development team.
• Leading the maintenance of the software products and managing the continuous improvement process within the software product’s lifecycle.
• Guiding team development efforts towards successful project delivery.
• Understanding all stages of the development life cycle, including Agile & SCRUM, Gitlab, and CI/CD workflow
• Coordinating with the development team, communicating with the product owner and other development teams.
• Supporting production issues and requests as needed.

• A Bachelor degree or above, Computer Sciences or Related Degree preferred
• Certificate in Java/Spring Boot/Angular, Kubernetes, MS Azure
• At least 3 years of experience in development projects using waterfall / agile methodologies 
• Must be able to code both Front End Angular and Back End Spring Boot
• Familiar with Cloud and DevOps preferred
• Experience in the Banking/Financial sector is a plus
• Development in Spring Boot & Angular is a must
• Leading and Guiding Junior Developers or Team
• Full Software Development Life Cycle
• In Dept Knowledge of Kubernetes Clusters, CI/CD
• Understanding of Web and Mobile Application Architecture
• Working proficiency in Myanmar and English
