Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Handles day to day administration of accounts (communication, contact reports, cost estimates, records management, projects list maintenance) through and with the assigned stakeholders and ensures timely execution of work.
  • Understands clients’ requirements in functional as well as business aspects to qualify and close any growth opportunities.
  • Generate campaign/project proposals, costing as well as critical path.
  • Maintains and builds relationship with key individuals (project owners) at upper management level of client organization.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of brands handled.
  • Ensures seamless execution of client campaigns, prioritizes resources and keeps Client Service Manager, Client Service Lead, Country Manager, Client, and other stakeholders well informed of progress and changes.
  • Takes the lead in interactive strategy development with the Client Service Manager, Client Service Lead and Country Manager.
  • Assists in pitch or presentation requirements as needed.
  • Business development and lead generation.
  • Manages customer satisfaction, achieving a high satisfaction rating.
  • Adheres to company guidelines especially being observant of the cultures and traditions in the country being assigned to.
  • Generate analytics and other reports that may be required by client for presentation or submission.
  • Gathering of relative business trends and applicable platforms/formats that can help better campaign performance across all clientele.
  • Guide and collaborate with Community Manager/Social Media Specialist.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in any industry-related field.
  • Proven working experiences as Senior Client Service level with 3 years.
  • Proficiency in MS office, Working knowledge of Customer Relationship Management.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Excellent Organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills, exceptional customer service skills.
