Senior Manager, Lifecycle Analytics and Insights

Job Purpose:

Deep analysis of data to identify patterns which will help business to take informed decisions.
Present the trends and key findings to the management and relevant stake holders.

Principal Accountabilities:

Solve complex business scenarios through deep analysis and help business/management to make informed decisions.
Analyse the data, identify patterns and trends in data sets and provide actionable insights to the business.
Develop and maintain statistical models.
Manage AEP project tracking and report development.

Job Requirements

Should be a proven analyst with Master/Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/ Mathematics/ Statistics.
More than 7 years of similar experience in analysis areas with recent hands-on experience on various statistical/analytical tools like SAS, R, Python etc.
Should have relevant Telecom experience with hands on knowledge working with large data.
Expertise in SQL, etc is a must.
An analytical mind and inclination for problem-solving.
Experience working on Big Data and Data Visualization tools will be an added advantage.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English language.
Proactive and result-oriented team player with a positive attitude.
Ability to deliver tasks on time and on track under continuous pressure.
