  • To assist the Executive Director and Logistics & inventory Management
  • To carry out duties assigned by the Executive Director and Logistic & inventory Manager
  • To assist in effective and accurate Inventory management & control of construction Project
  • Managing Warehouse & Inventory and Cost-effective supply chain & logistics solutions
  • Keeping the accurate records of inventory and storage
  • Assisting to liaise with Government Office for all logistics procedure
  • Working together with Third party Logistics Services provider especially in MIC, MOC, IRD process
  • To perform Data Recording & Book Keeping Tasks
  • Ad Hoc Duties

Job Requirements

  • 3- 5 years experiences in relevant job field
  • Civil engineering degree or Architectural degree background is preferred
  • Proven experience in building and construction industry 
  • Proficiency in English, some spoken Chinese preferred
  • Attention Details and Report to Management
  • Supplier Management & Relationship Building
  • Actively assisting in Director’s instruction
  • Young, Energetic and enthusiastic
  • Male preferred
