An Exciting Opportunity for ...

ROLE PURPOSE
Integrating the Transformation Office team in the management of multi-disciplinary projects such as digitalization process, operational optimization and new product launch. Projects will be cross functional in nature.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for leading bank-wide projects and initiatives: tracking, reporting to senior management and supporting Business Owners in the successful delivery of the initiatives.
Instrumental to implementing the 3-5 Strategy for Yoma Bank going forward.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
 Manage (planning, organizing, tracking, controlling, and facilitating) initiatives to achieve intended targets and goals.
 Apply project management and organizational skills and experiences in delivering projects on-time, within budget and with high stakeholder satisfaction.
 Coordinate all activities within the project team to ensure project tasks are completed on time, including but not limited to scheduling and facilitating project-related team meetings, preparing status updates, weekly status reports, and quality assurance though deployment success.
 Partner with functional teams (e.g. IT, finance, branches, customer experience, HR, development and delivery teams), project stakeholders and handle vendors and consultant firms to track and provide visibility on all processes throughout the project lifecycle.
 Provide senior management and stakeholders with regular project status updates and escalate issues where appropriate to ensure that all deliverables and deadlines are met.
 Conduct and document post-implementation reviews.
 Lead and/or attend working-groups and stakeholders meetings and make sure all action items and decisions are recorded and tracked and followed up on by relevant parties.
 Ensure project documents are complete, current and stored appropriately.
 Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to deliver results while meeting deadlines.
 Perform other responsibilities, as assigned.

 Able to execute and manage multiple initiatives and deliverables simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
 Creative, analytical, problem solving and decision making abilities, which include the ability to make independent decisions, while knowing when to bring certain matters to the attention of management.
 Excellent performance under pressure and can adapt quickly in an evolving environment.
 Ability to identify process improvement opportunities.
 Possesses strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills and the capability to interact with all levels of staff and with external vendors.
 Well versed in project management concepts, tools and applications.
 Presentation skills and ability to interact with stakeholders of varying seniority.
 Excellence in use of computer, in particular MS Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project, etc.

Education & Special Training
Essential
 Completion of tertiary qualifications in a business or related field such as Bachelor of Business, Management, Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Economics and/or industry specific qualifications.

Experience
Essential
 At least three years of experience in project management role.

Languages
Essential
 Ability to communicate (verbal and written) in both Myanmar and English languages.
