•    Perform risk assessment: Analyzing current risks and identifying potential risks that are affecting the company
•    Perform risk evaluation: Evaluating the bank’s previous handling of risks, and comparing potential risks with criteria set out by the bank such as costs and legal requirements
•    Partner with product and relationship teams to optimize risk structuring to support customer’s requirements while mitigating key risks
•    Design and implement an overall risk management process for the bank, which includes an analysis of the financial impact on the company when risks occur
•    Support implementing and managing policy, guidelines, and procedures to enhance business
•    Build and manage effective relationships with functional teams and other business units
•    Hold direct reports accountable for producing quality, risk and assessed timely results
•    Review any new major contracts or internal business proposals
•    Generate Risk reports tailored to the relevant audience
•    Build risk awareness amongst staff by providing support and training within the bank
•    Execute any other duties and projects as are reasonably required of your job, in order to maintain, promote, develop and expand the bank’s corporate objective and its interests
 

•    Any graduate.
•    5 Years and above work experience in Risk and Financial Field and at least 3 Years experiences in Management Level
•    Knowledge of risk assessment/control and collection processes.
•    Professional attitude and appearance, good communication skills
•    Good command of English (both written and spoken) 
•    Team player with high cooperation attitude and proactive and able to work under pressure
