Be able to manage Cost, Quality control and Progress of projects

Prepare & Report the business planning to Senior Management Team
Collaboration with department heads, managers, customers, vendors, and others
Able to maintain and expand the relationships with existing and new customers
Develop and deliver proposals to customers
Be able to do members’ Coaching and Mentoring
Can manage resources of minimum 30 members

Job Requirements
At least 10 years’ experience in System Development and minimum 7 years’ management experience in Software development is preferable
Project Management Experience of schedule, cost, quality control, progress and issues management
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
Good command of English, and can communicate in Japanese (JLPT N2 and above)
